Local Non-CDL Route Driver

Waste Connections is seeking a Local Non-CDL Route Driver to support safe, reliable waste and recycling services in your community. In this role, you will operate a non-CDL truck on established local routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, safely loading and transporting materials, and providing respectful, professional service to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities

• Operate non-CDL truck on assigned local routes for waste and recycling collection
• Perform required pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Safely load, secure, and transport materials following company and DOT guidelines
• Provide courteous, professional service to residential and commercial customers
• Follow established daily route schedules and complete all assigned stops
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and work area at all times
• Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route progress or issues
