Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess exterior home improvement needs
• Present tailored roofing, siding, window, door, gutter, and insulation solutions to homeowners
• Prepare accurate measurements, estimates, and proposals using company tools and standards
• Follow up on company-generated leads and manage a robust sales pipeline in the CRMNegotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, and financing as applicable
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and closed jobs
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training to refine construction and closing skills
