Entry Level Sales

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an Entry Level Sales professional to promote roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation to residential homeowners. In this field-based role, you'll prospect neighborhoods, respond to company leads, perform basic exterior inspections, and educate customers on solutions and financing options. Responsibilities

• Prospect residential neighborhoods and generate new leads
• Respond to inbound and company-provided leads
• Conduct basic exterior home inspections for roofing, siding, and related products
• Deliver in-home sales presentations and explain product and financing options
• Build relationships with homeowners and maintain follow-up communication
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and sales activity
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams for smooth project handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
