CDL Driver

Waste Connections is hiring a CDL Driver in Healy, AK to support our essential solid waste and recycling operations. In this field-based role, you will safely operate CDL refuse collection trucks on established residential, commercial, and industrial routes. Responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, following all DOT and company safety policies, collecting and hauling waste and recyclables, and providing courteous customer service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL refuse and recycling trucks on assigned routes in and around Healy, AKPerform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT documentation
• Collect, transport, and dump solid waste and recyclables from residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and DOT regulations
• Communicate with dispatch and route supervisors regarding service issues or route changes
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all pickup locations
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle and promptly report maintenance needs
• Accurately track loads, materials, and daily work using onboard or handheld systems
