Construction Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage residential exterior construction leads
• Conduct on-site inspections of roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior systems
• Prepare accurate measurements, estimates, and professional proposals
• Deliver in-home sales presentations and close contracts to meet revenue goals
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and manage pipeline and follow-ups
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Attend training sessions to stay current on products, installation methods, and sales techniques
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors with integrity, professionalism, and responsiveness in the field
