Program Director

As Program Director at Sevita, you will lead healthcare and community-based programs focused on person-centered care and quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned healthcare and community-based programs to ensure safe, person-centered services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, staffing models, and performance metrics.
• Hire, supervise, and mentor interdisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives using data and feedback to enhance outcomes.
• Partner with individuals, families, and community stakeholders to support person-centered planning.
• Coordinate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for leadership, funders, and regulatory agencies.

• Respond to incidents and manage risk, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions.
