Window and Door Installer

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows and doors to manufacturer and company specifications
• Perform precise measurements, removal of old units, and preparation of openings
• Use carpentry tools and sealants to ensure weather-tight, code-compliant installations
• Inspect finished work for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with crew leads and project managers to complete jobs on schedule
• Load, unload, and protect materials, tools, and products during transport and installation
• Document work completed and report issues or needed adjustments to supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and product knowledge
