Floating Manager

Global Partners LP is seeking an enthusiastic Floating Manager to oversee operations across our diverse network of gas stations and retail outlets in the Northeastern U.S. As part of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining our commitment to customer service, and supporting our renewable fuels initiative.

Responsibilities

• Travel between various retail locations to manage day-to-day operations
• Implement company policies and enforce standards across all locations
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits
• Conduct training sessions for new staff and provide ongoing support to existing employees
• Handle conflict resolution and mediate customer issues as needed
