Loader

Primo Brands, a Des Moines-based brand and marketing agency, is seeking a reliable Loader to support our fast-paced creative and production teams. In this role, you'll load, unload, move, and organize marketing materials, packaging, samples, and print assets that fuel national CPG and food campaigns. You'll stage materials for projects and photo shoots, verify counts and quality, and assist with packing and shipping client deliveries. You'll collaborate closely with account, creative, and production staff while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace that keeps projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move marketing materials, packaging, and print assets for projects and campaigns
• Stage and organize materials for production, photo shoots, and client events
• Verify counts, labels, and quality of incoming and outgoing materials
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or basic material-handling equipment
• Coordinate with account, creative, and production teams on timing and priorities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage and loading area
• Follow agency processes for logging, tracking, and documenting inventory movement
• Assist with packing, kitting, and shipping client samples and promotional materials
• Support special projects, events, and rush jobs as needed
• Comply with all safety, handling, and security procedures
