The Learning Experience Corp seeks an Assistant Teacher to support nurturing, play-based learning for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. In our child-first, safety-focused environment, you'll assist with implementing our proprietary curriculum, leading age-appropriate activities, and maintaining secure, engaging classrooms. You'll collaborate with teachers and families to promote each child's cognitive, social, and emotional growth while modeling our values-driven, family-like culture. Responsibilities

  • Support lead teachers in implementing proprietary early childhood curriculum and daily lesson plans.
  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that follows health, safety, and licensing standards.
  • Assist with behavior guidance using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies.
  • Communicate warmly and professionally with children, families, and team members.
  • Support daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
  • Accurately follow center policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to support continuous learning.
  • Assist with setup of learning centers, materials, and enrichment activities.
  • Model the organization's child-first, values-driven culture in all interactions.
