Service Manager

Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies seeks a Service Manager to lead window and door service operations in a fast-growing residential construction environment. In this hands-on role, you'll manage field technicians, schedule and oversee post-installation and warranty work, and ensure every service visit reflects our high quality standards. You'll troubleshoot product and installation issues, conduct site visits, and coordinate closely with sales, installation, and operations teams. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule window and door service operations for residential construction projects
• Supervise and coach field service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Oversee customer care from post-installation through warranty service, resolving escalated issues
• Coordinate with installation, sales, and operations teams to align service with project timelines
• Monitor KPIs, job costs, parts usage, and productivity to meet performance and profitability goals
• Ensure adherence to company standards, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations on all jobs
• Conduct site inspections, diagnose product or installation issues, and determine corrective actions
• Manage service documentation, work orders, inventory, and use of CRM/field service software
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of service team members
