Responsibilities

  • Perform service, adjustments, and repairs on installed Renewal by Andersen windows and doors in residential homes
  • Diagnose product and installation issues and implement effective, code-compliant solutions
  • Conduct detailed inspections, document findings, and complete work orders using mobile systems
  • Provide professional, courteous on-site customer service and educate homeowners on product use and care
  • Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and in varying weather conditions following OSHA and company standards
  • Coordinate with installation, operations, and customer care teams to schedule and complete service calls
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized, and reliable condition
  • Complete required reports, photos, and documentation to support warranty and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, installation practices, and safety procedures
  • Support continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements
