Event Parking Attendant

As an Event Parking Attendant with BEST Crowd Management, you'll support safe, efficient parking operations for stadiums, arenas, and major events. Working on the Event Operations & Coordination team, you will direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, guide guests to parking areas, set up cones and signage, and monitor lots for safety and rule compliance. You'll provide friendly, professional assistance, follow clear safety procedures, and coordinate closely with security and event staff to help deliver a smooth, positive guest experience at every event.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles into designated parking areas and manage traffic flow before, during, and after events.
• Provide clear, courteous directions and assistance to guests and drivers.
• Monitor parking lots for safety, security, and adherence to venue rules.
• Communicate with event operations and security teams via radio to report issues or incidents.
• Set up and remove cones, signs, and barricades to support event parking plans.
• Assist with accessibility parking and special guest needs as directed.
• Follow all BEST Crowd Management safety and security procedures and training guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, guest-focused demeanor in fast-paced, crowded environments.
