Lead Teacher

The Learning Experience Corp seeks a passionate Lead Teacher to guide a classroom of children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. In this role, you will implement our proprietary curriculum, create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child's cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will partner with families, mentor assistant teachers, and model our child-first, values-driven culture. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons using proprietary curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress to families
• Manage daily classroom routines, schedules, and transitions
• Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
• Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth
• Collaborate with center leadership on school events and initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
