As an Area Director at Sevita, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for home and community-based healthcare programs across your region. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for home and community-based programs within the area
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that meets regulatory, payer, and accreditation standards
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation for multiple sites
• Lead, develop, and mentor managers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve performance goals
