Basement Waterproofing Sales Representative

Erie Home seeks a Basement Waterproofing Sales Representative to join our fast-growing home improvement team. In this field-based role, you'll run company-generated appointments, inspect basements, diagnose moisture and foundation issues, and present customized waterproofing solutions. You'll educate homeowners, create detailed proposals, and close projects while delivering a consultative, customer-first experience. Working closely with operations and installation teams, you'll ensure accurate scopes and smooth project handoffs. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home inspections of basements to identify water intrusion and foundation issues
• Educate homeowners on causes of moisture problems and recommended waterproofing solutions
• Prepare accurate measurements, scopes of work, and detailed project proposals
• Present solutions, handle objections, and close sales on company-provided and self-generated leads
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, follow up on leads, and track performance metrics
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards during inspections and customer visits
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Represent Erie Home's brand, values, and performance-driven culture in all customer interactions
