Assistant Manager

Crew Carwash is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our high-volume retail carwash. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and support team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient wash experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily carwash operations for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new associates
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage
• Handle cash, reconcile drawers, and follow POS procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate basic troubleshooting
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Address and resolve customer concerns or service issues
• Track key performance metrics and support improvement initiatives
