Global Partners LP seeks a Salesforce Enablement Lead within our IT & Digital Solutions team supporting our energy, gas, oil, and electric operations. In this role, you will own the Salesforce roadmap, partnering with business and logistics teams to translate fuel distribution and terminal needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will design and optimize processes, drive user adoption, oversee configurations and integrations, and deliver training and documentation. Responsibilities
- Own and refine the Salesforce roadmap aligned to business and logistics priorities
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure Salesforce (objects, flows, permissions, page layouts, validation)
- Partner with logistics, terminal, and IT teams to optimize fuel distribution workflows in Salesforce
- Coordinate and oversee integrations with ERP, logistics, and other enterprise systems
- Develop reports and dashboards to support operational and executive decision making
- Lead user enablement: training, documentation, and best practice guidance
- Drive adoption, monitor usage, and continuously improve the Salesforce platform
- Support governance, security, and data quality standards
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements on time
