Manager, Procurement

Global Partners LP is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing for fuel, equipment, and services across our terminals, pipelines, and retail network. In this role, you will develop category strategies, run competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and total cost of ownership. You will partner closely with operations, logistics, finance, and compliance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply, support sustainability initiatives, and maintain strict regulatory and quality standards in a fast-paced energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for fuel, equipment, and services
• Develop and execute category and supplier strategies aligned with business goals
• Run RFx processes and analyze bids to drive best value and reliability
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service-level agreements
• Manage contracts, renewals, and compliance with company policies
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and safety metrics; drive improvements
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure secure supply
• Support sustainability and cost-optimization initiatives across the network
• Mitigate supply, price, and regulatory risks in coordination with stakeholders
• Use data and KPIs to report on spend, savings, and supplier performance
