Responsibilities

  • Perform residential HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair for heating and cooling systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions and replacement options to homeowners
  • Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and system tune-ups
  • Install and start up HVAC equipment and related components as assigned
  • Explain findings, options, and preventive maintenance recommendations to customers
  • Complete work orders, service tickets, and documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow company and industry safety standards, codes, and best practices
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe working order
  • Participate in on-call and emergency service rotations as needed
  • Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and team members to ensure timely, professional service
