Business Relationship Manager

Global Partners LP seeks a Business Relationship Manager to align IT and project initiatives with business goals across our Energy, Gas, Oil, and Electric operations. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between IT, project management teams, and commercial stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into technology roadmaps and coordinated project portfolios. You will identify process improvements, prioritize demand, define requirements, and track benefits realization while championing safe, reliable, and innovative solutions in a collaborative, team oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between IT, project teams, and business units in energy operations
• Translate business strategies into IT roadmaps and prioritized project portfolios
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for technology initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Identify and drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and safety
• Monitor project benefits realization and report performance to leadership
• Facilitate governance, demand management, and prioritization discussions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Support change management, communication, and training activities for new solutions
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and innovation across teams
