Paratransit Bus Driver

Transdev is seeking a safety-focused Paratransit Bus Driver to provide reliable, compassionate transportation for passengers with disabilities and mobility needs. In this on-site role, you will safely operate paratransit vehicles, assist passengers with boarding, securing mobility devices, and ensuring comfort throughout the trip. You'll follow scheduled routes, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and strictly adhere to safety, ADA, and traffic regulations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate paratransit buses on assigned routes and schedules
• Assist passengers with disabilities or mobility challenges with boarding and securing devices
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and communicate route information
• Maintain accurate trip logs, manifests, and required documentation
• Coordinate with dispatch regarding schedule changes, delays, or incidents
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow incident reporting protocols
