Driver

Veyo is seeking a reliable Part-Time Driver to provide safe, timely non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for patients. In this role, you will pick up and drop off passengers at homes, clinics, and hospitals while delivering excellent customer service. You will navigate using smartphone apps, follow scheduled routes, assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed, and maintain clear communication with the dispatch team. Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments
• Arrive on time and follow assigned routes and schedules
• Use smartphone/app-based tools for navigation and trip updates
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to all passengers
• Assist patients entering and exiting the vehicle when needed
• Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation
• Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays or issues
• Follow all traffic laws and Veyo safety policies
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable for passengers
