FP&A Manager

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, seeks an FP&A Manager to drive financial performance in a fast-growing construction environment. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for operations, sales, and expansion initiatives. You will analyze job costs, margins, and KPIs, delivering insights that improve profitability and support strategic decisions. Partner closely with Operations and Sales leaders, enhance reporting tools and processes, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership in a performance-driven, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting for construction and remodeling operations
• Develop financial models to evaluate projects, margins, and ROI on growth initiatives
• Analyze job cost variance, labor, and material trends to improve profitability
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for leadership
• Partner with Operations and Sales to support bids, pricing, and capacity planning
• Support cash flow, capital planning, and scenario analysis for expansion plans
• Ensure data integrity by improving FP&A processes, tools, and reporting accuracy
• Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
