Driver

Veyo is seeking a reliable Part-Time Driver to provide safe, timely non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for patients. In this role, you will transport members to and from medical appointments, assist with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed, and ensure a courteous, patient-focused experience. You will follow scheduled routes using GPS and mobile apps, maintain accurate trip records, and communicate clearly with dispatch. Drivers must uphold all traffic and safety regulations, keep vehicles clean and presentable, and contribute to Veyo's collaborative, tech-driven culture focused on improving healthcare access and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transport of patients to and from medical appointments
• Operate vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety standards
• Assist riders with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices as needed
• Follow assigned routes and schedules using GPS and mobile dispatch tools
• Maintain accurate trip logs, records, and app-based documentation
• Keep vehicle clean, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, patients, and facilities
• Report incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly
• Uphold patient privacy and demonstrate a patient-centered approach
