Install Project Coordinator

Erie Home seeks an Install Project Coordinator to support residential roofing and exterior remodeling projects from contract to completion. In this fast-paced role, you will schedule installations, coordinate crews, order and track materials, and manage permits and inspections. You'll be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high-quality delivery. Working closely with sales, operations, and vendors, you'll maintain accurate project data in our systems, resolve scheduling or field issues, and help drive on-time, on-budget, customer-focused installations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roofing and exterior installation schedules from sale to completion
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners during installation
• Order, track, and verify materials and equipment for each project
• Prepare and maintain project files, permits, and documentation
• Communicate daily with install crews, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, resolve field and scheduling issues
• Track job progress, inspections, and closeout requirements
• Update CRM/project management systems with accurate data
• Support quality control, customer satisfaction, and punch-list completion
• Report project status and issues to management regularly
