Install Partner Specialist

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking an Install Partner Specialist to support our growing installation network. In this role, you will recruit, coordinate, and manage roofing installation partners to ensure quality, on-time projects and superior customer satisfaction. You'll schedule jobs, verify site readiness, uphold safety and installation standards, and serve as the key link between crews, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support installation partners for residential roofing projects
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and site readiness with partners and internal teams
• Monitor installation quality, safety standards, and compliance with Erie Home guidelines
• Serve as primary liaison between installation crews, customers, and project managers
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects on time and on budget
• Conduct job site visits and quality inspections, documenting findings and follow-ups
• Analyze partner performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Provide training and guidance on installation standards and best practices
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the installation process
• Maintain accurate records of projects, partners, and compliance documentation
