Field Marketing Manager

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive local brand growth and qualified lead generation. Based around key markets, this role plans and executes home shows, neighborhood canvassing, retail and community events, and local partnerships that feed our sales teams. You'll manage budgets, vendors, and on-site staff while ensuring messaging aligns with our performance-driven, customer-first culture. Ideal candidates bring construction or home improvement marketing experience, strong analytics skills, and the drive to thrive in a fast-growing, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
