You will pick up and drop off riders at healthcare facilities, private residences, and clinics while offering professional, courteous service. Responsibilities include following app-based routes, assisting passengers as needed, conducting vehicle safety checks, and accurately documenting trips. Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments
• Follow app-dispatched routes and schedules
• Provide courteous, professional customer service
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed
• Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checks
• Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation in the app
• Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays or issues
