Warehouse Loader

C&S Employment Solutions is hiring a Part-time Warehouse Loader to support our clients in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely load and unload trucks, move, stack, and organize pallets, and verify counts against shipping documents. You'll use pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment while following all safety and OSHA guidelines. The position requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working as part of a collaborative warehouse team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals for our client partners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and organize pallets and freight in designated warehouse areas
• Verify shipment counts and condition against bills of lading or pick sheets
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment per safety guidelines
• Follow OSHA, company, and client safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards set by clients
• Communicate issues such as damages, shortages, or delays to supervisors promptly
• Assist with basic inventory handling, staging, and labeling tasks
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and follow shift leads' instructions
