Install Project Coordinator

Erie Home seeks an Install Project Coordinator to manage residential roofing and exterior remodeling projects from sale to completion. In this role, you will schedule installations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure materials, permits, and site readiness are in place. You'll serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing proactive updates and resolving issues quickly. Working closely with operations and installation teams, you'll track project milestones, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate residential roofing installation schedules and timelines
• Serve as primary point of contact between customers, crews, and internal teams
• Order, track, and verify materials and equipment for each project
• Prepare and maintain project files, permits, and documentation
• Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or site issues quickly
• Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures are followed
• Update CRM and tracking systems with accurate project status information
• Support installation teams with logistics, site readiness, and homeowner communication
• Review project details for accuracy prior to installation
• Assist with post-install follow-up and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
