ETA / WMR Dispatcher

Transdev is seeking an ETA/WMR Dispatcher to support safe, reliable public transportation services. In this role, you will monitor real-time service conditions, answer calls, and dispatch vehicles and field staff to address ETA and work management requests. You'll use dispatch and GPS software to track vehicles, update schedules, and coordinate responses to incidents, delays, and customer needs. Working closely with drivers, supervisors, and customers, you'll ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of service issues aligned with Transdev's safety- and community-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service requests, incidents, and work orders in real time
• Dispatch vehicles and field staff based on ETA/WMR priorities
• Communicate clearly with drivers, supervisors, and customers
• Track vehicle locations and service status using dispatch software
• Document calls, incidents, and resolutions accurately
• Adjust schedules and resources to minimize service disruptions
• Escalate safety or service issues per company procedures
• Support reporting on response times and service performance
