You'll run company-provided leads, perform thorough in-home inspections, and deliver tailored proposals using our proven sales system. Responsibilities include educating homeowners on product options, pricing, financing, and warranties while delivering a high-trust, no-pressure experience. You'll collaborate with operations for smooth project handoff and benefit from paid training, strong marketing support, and unlimited commission potential in a fast-growing, performance-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential homeowners
• Perform exterior inspections to assess roofing, siding, windows, and other needs
• Develop tailored project proposals and present product options
• Explain pricing, financing, warranties, and installation processes
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer information
