Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an In Home Sales Closing Expert to drive residential exterior remodeling sales across roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation. You'll run company-generated, pre-qualified appointments, perform basic exterior inspections, and present tailored solutions using a proven sales process. Responsibilities include delivering professional product demos, pricing and financing options, and closing deals in the home. You'll collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoff while hitting aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified residential leads
• Perform basic exterior inspections and assess customer needs
• Present tailored solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and related products
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and pricing options
• Use a structured sales process to negotiate and close deals on the first visit when possible
• Accurately complete contracts and documentation in CRM tools
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on promotions and financing options
• Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up to build referrals and reviews
