Comfort Advisor

A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling seeks a Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose the right HVAC and home comfort solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort and HVAC assessments for residential customers
• Explain plumbing, heating, and cooling options and recommend solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and financing options
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure quality execution
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and safety
• Follow company safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Document visits, estimates, and customer interactions in company systems
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in ongoing technical and product training
• Represent A. J. Perri professionally in local communities
