Residential Instructor

Hope Network is seeking a compassionate Residential Instructor to support adults with disabilities in our Community & Social Services programs. In this on-site role, you will coach daily living skills, assist with personal care, and promote independence in a residential setting. You'll implement individualized support plans, document progress, and foster a safe, inclusive environment. Residential Instructors also help residents access community activities and resources. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and instruction to residents in daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
• Implement individualized care and behavior support plans to promote independence and goal attainment.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and compassionate residential environment aligned with Hope Network's mission and values.
• Support community integration by accompanying residents to appointments, activities, and community events.
• Accurately document services, progress notes, and incident reports in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and guardians to coordinate care.
• Model positive communication, conflict resolution, and respectful interactions for residents.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration per policy and training (if applicable).
• Participate in required trainings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment, following all health and safety protocols.
