Part-Time Driver

Veyo is hiring part-time Drivers to help Medicaid and Medicare members get to medical appointments safely and on time. As a key part of our non-emergency medical transportation network, you'll use Veyo's mobile tools to accept rides, follow routes, and track trips. Responsibilities include safe, courteous driving, assisting riders as needed, performing basic vehicle safety checks, and documenting trips accurately. Responsibilities

• Safely transport members to and from medical appointments
• Follow assigned routes and schedules using Veyo's mobile app
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checks
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs as appropriate
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with riders and dispatch
• Accurately log trips, mileage, and ride status in the app
• Comply with traffic laws, HIPAA, and NEMT regulatory requirements
• Report incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly to operations
