Part-Time Driver

Veyo is hiring Part-Time Drivers to provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. In this mission-driven role, you'll use Veyo's mobile app to receive trips, follow optimized routes, and ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs for medical appointments. You'll offer courteous assistance to riders, perform basic vehicle safety checks, and document trips accurately. Responsibilities

• Safely transport members to and from medical appointments
• Follow assigned routes and schedules using Veyo's driver app
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to riders
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic safety checks
• Comply with all traffic laws and Veyo safety policies
• Accurately log trips and mileage in the app
• Communicate delays, issues, or incidents to dispatch
• Protect rider privacy and follow HIPAA-related guidelines
