Medical Transportation Driver

Veyo is hiring Medical Transportation Drivers to safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to and from medical appointments. In this mission-driven role, you'll use Veyo's mobile app and GPS tools to follow scheduled routes, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and assist riders with boarding and mobility needs. You'll provide courteous, patient-focused service, protect rider privacy, and comply with traffic laws and company safety standards while helping improve access to care in your community.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to and from medical appointments
• Follow assigned routes and schedules using Veyo's mobile app and GPS tools
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic upkeep
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility devices as needed
• Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and required documentation
• Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays, incidents, or route changes
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Veyo policies
• Provide courteous, patient-focused customer service to all riders
• Report vehicle issues or incidents following company procedures
• Protect rider privacy and follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
