Plumbing Service Tech

Unique Services is seeking a Plumbing Service Tech to join our customer-focused team serving residential and light commercial clients across Southwest Florida. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems, including fixtures, water heaters, and piping, while following all safety codes and company standards. You'll respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, clearly explain findings and options to customers, and complete accurate documentation. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Perform fixture, water heater, and piping installations and replacements
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system performance
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in a timely, safe manner
• Explain findings, options, and pricing to customers professionally
• Complete work orders, documentation, and inventory usage accurately
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards
• Collaborate with dispatch, HVAC, and electrical teams on multi-trade jobs
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
