• Greet customers and deliver a consultative, needs-based sales experience
• Assess customer sleep preferences and recommend tailored mattress and sleep product solutions
• Demonstrate product features and explain warranties, financing, and promotions
• Achieve individual and store sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and manage basic paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
• Stay current on product knowledge, sleep trends, and company promotions
• Collaborate with team members to meet store performance targets
