You will utilize your sales expertise to directly engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their homes and satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through leads and referrals to assess their home improvement needs.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure continuous business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
