Sr Compliance Specialist

Constellation Energy is seeking a Sr Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance across our Utilities & Energy operations. In this role, you will interpret and monitor federal, state, and local energy regulations, maintain compliance programs, and lead internal audits and risk assessments. You will develop and update policies, prepare regulatory filings, and partner with operations, legal, and risk teams to mitigate compliance issues. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of energy industry regulations, attention to detail, and experience managing complex compliance initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and monitor federal, state, and local energy regulations impacting the business
• Develop, maintain, and enhance regulatory compliance programs and controls
• Plan and conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and responses
• Draft, update, and communicate compliance policies, procedures, and training
• Partner with operations, legal, and risk teams to address compliance issues
• Track regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on impacts and action plans
• Support investigations and remediation plans for potential non-compliance
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready records
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and regulatory excellence
