Sleep Expert

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert-Sales professional to help customers find the right sleep solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll greet customers, assess their sleep needs, and recommend mattresses, bedding, and accessories that fit their comfort and budget. Using consultative selling, you will demonstrate products, explain features, and close sales while meeting or exceeding performance goals. You'll process transactions, maintain showroom standards, and follow company policies.
