SALES CONSULTANT

Home Genius Exteriors, a leader in providing top-notch exterior home improvement services such as roofing and siding, is seeking a dedicated Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our company's growth by developing relationships with new clients and maintaining beneficial relationships with existing ones. Your expertise in sales and knowledge of construction and home exteriors will enable you to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our services, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, establish and maintain client relationships, and manage client accounts effectively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services based on their requirements and our capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring thorough communication and understanding.
• Collaborate with the customer service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and product development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
