Local CDL A Truck Driver

E.W. Wylie is hiring Local CDL A Truck Drivers to safely haul flatbed freight in the Transportation & Warehousing industry. In this local role, you'll handle daily pick-ups and deliveries, secure and tarp loads, and perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections. You'll operate modern equipment, follow all DOT and company safety standards, and maintain accurate logs. E.W. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A truck on local routes for daily pickups and deliveries
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads according to company and DOT standards
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
