In Home Sales Closer

Home Genius Exteriors seeks an In Home Sales Closer to meet with pre-set residential appointments, assess roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutter needs, and present tailored solutions. You'll perform inspections, take accurate measurements, educate homeowners on product options, and deliver professional, written proposals. Using a consultative approach, you'll guide customers through financing and close deals while maintaining high ethical standards. Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth installation and follow-up. Ongoing training, leads provided, performance-based pay, and advancement opportunities in a fast-growing, customer-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set residential leads
• Inspect roofs, siding, windows, doors, and gutters to assess needs
• Take accurate measurements and develop professional proposals
