Medical Transportation Driver

Veyo is hiring Medical Transportation Drivers to safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to non-emergency medical appointments. In this field-based role, you'll operate your vehicle or a company-assigned vehicle, follow scheduled routes, and use Veyo's digital tools to manage trips and documentation. You'll assist riders as needed, ensure on-time, courteous service, and follow all traffic, safety, and healthcare transportation regulations. Responsibilities

• Safely transport members to and from non-emergency medical appointments
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and GPS directions while meeting on-time performance standards
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices when needed
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and documentation in Veyo's digital tools
• Comply with all traffic laws, DOT, and healthcare transportation regulations
• Provide courteous, patient-focused customer service to diverse rider populations
• Communicate promptly with dispatch and operations about delays, issues, or route changes
• Follow company policies for incident reporting and member safety
• Protect rider privacy and handle sensitive health-related information appropriately
