Lead Retail Sales Associate

Constellation Brands is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate to drive premium beverage sales and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. In this role, you will lead daily floor operations, guide associates, and ensure strong execution of merchandising, promotions, and brand standards for our beer, wine, and spirits portfolio. You will engage customers, provide expert product recommendations, manage inventory and POS transactions, and track sales results. You'll collaborate with store and field teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture that values innovation, inclusion, learning, and making an impact on consumers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day retail floor operations to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver premium customer service and educate shoppers on beer, wine, and spirits portfolio.
• Coach, guide, and support associates to ensure strong selling and service behaviors.
• Execute merchandising, visual standards, and promotional displays aligned with brand guidelines.
• Process POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock replenishment, and minimize out-of-stocks and shrink.
• Analyze basic sales and traffic data to inform floor actions and recommendations.
• Partner with store and field teams to support events, tastings, and marketing initiatives.
