Outside Sales

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an Outside Sales professional to drive residential and light commercial sales in the construction and home services market. You'll consult with homeowners and contractors to sell HVAC, plumbing, and electrical replacement and upgrade solutions. Responsibilities include in-home evaluations, estimating, proposal presentation, and closing sales while meeting revenue and margin targets. You'll partner with technicians and dispatch, follow up on company-provided leads, prospect locally, and maintain accurate CRM records. ARS/Rescue Rooter offers paid training, strong marketing support, and clear paths to advancement into sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Assess customer needs and develop tailored system replacement and upgrade proposals
• Present estimates, explain financing options, and close sales to meet revenue targets
• Follow up on company-generated leads and maintain a robust personal sales pipeline
• Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and installation teams to ensure smooth job delivery
• Accurately document customer interactions, estimates, and sales in the CRMProspect locally through events, referrals, and networking to generate new opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of ARS/Rescue Rooter products, pricing, and promotions
• Adhere to safety, ethical sales, and company policy standards on every visit
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training to continually improve performance
